Celebrating Anne – Marie: Nominated for the “Jo Cox Make a Difference” Queens of Halton Award

We’re thrilled to share that Anne-Marie Atherton, our fantastic director, was nominated for the “Jo Cox Make a Difference” Queens of Halton award by the Fortuna Female Society. This nomination recognises Anne-Marie’s dedication to empowering Halton’s community through our Community Interest Company (CIC), which she co-founded.

Anne-Marie’s leadership has been crucial to help us make digital arts accessible to as many people as possible in Halton, ensuring creative and technological experiences are available to all. Her efforts in securing funding and managing projects have made a significant impact. Though she didn’t win, her nomination highlights her outstanding contributions and commitment to our community.

We’re incredibly proud of Anne-Marie and thankful to the Fortuna Female Society for hosting such a wonderful event. It was a night to celebrate inspiring women who are truly making a difference in Halton.
