We’ve Written a Guest Blog for Pixlr!

If you’ve joined any of our Photo Editing or Graphic Design workshops, chances are you’ve already met one of our favourite creative tools…Pixlr!

A classroom of adult students seated at laptops, with tutor Mariam at the front presenting photo editing information on a large screen.

At Digital Arts Box, we always look for high-quality, accessible software that helps people unlock their creativity. Pixlr has been a go-to for us for years because it’s easy to use, affordable, and packed with features you’d normally only find in expensive industry-level design software.

That combination of accessibility and professional capability makes it a perfect fit for our workshops, whether we’re working with beginners or more experienced creators.

Recently, Pixlr invited us to write a guest blog for their website. In it, we share why we love using Pixlr, how it supports accessibility in digital creativity, and some of the ways our participants have used it to bring their ideas to life.

If you’re curious about how Pixlr can boost your own creative projects, you can read the full post here:
